1. Entry only open to UK, CI, IoM residents excluding employees and their families from Fox’s Confectionery, and anyone connected professionally with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Only one entry person and email address per month. No bulk or third party entries accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule, for example by the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
4. Entries for each draw will have to be received by 23.59 on the last day of each month to be included in that month’s draw. The Draw will take place within 24 hours of the close date of entries. Only correct answers will be included in each monthly draw. The winner will be selected randomly under independent supervision, by a computer programme.
5. Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw taking place and will receive their iPod nano within 28 days. The prize will be sent to the name given and sent to the address provided by the claimant.
6. Winners will be required to participate in any future publicity if needed at the sole discretion of the promoter. A list of prize winners’ names and counties will be available by emailing info@milksc.com after 10.01.11, marked ‘Winners List – What’s That Racket Promotion’ in the subject box.
7. The decision of the promoter is final in all matters.
8. There are 12 x 16gb iPod nano’s to be won. One iPod nano will be won each month from January 2010 to December 2010. There is no cash alternative to the stated prize.
